Privacy Policy

Note: this is the English version of our French privacy policy. The French version (Confidentialité) is the legally binding one.

Data controller

Mr SAADOUN Yoni, publisher of ProCard Manager, is responsible for the processing of personal data described below. Contact: contact@procard-manager.com.

Data collected

• Your Sorare username and ID, via the OAuth authorization you grant.
• Sorare OAuth access tokens, stored encrypted (AES-256) and never exposed to the browser.
• Data about your Sorare cards (rarity, scores, estimated value...), synced from the Sorare API.
• Your email address and subscription status, managed via Stripe.
• Preferences you enter yourself (purchase price, alert thresholds, watchlist).

We do not collect or store any banking data: payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

Purposes of processing

• Providing access to the service (syncing your collection, site features).
• Managing your subscription and billing, via Stripe.
• Improving the service.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the contract binding you to ProCard Manager (access to the subscribed service) and, for some optional processing, on your consent.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as you use your account, then deleted within a reasonable time after account deletion or an explicit request on your part.

Data recipients

• Sorare, via its official API, to read your collection (no write access possible).
• Stripe, for payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel and Supabase, for technical hosting.

No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.

Security

Access tokens for your Sorare account are encrypted in the database (AES-256-GCM) and are never accessible from the browser. Access to your Sorare account through our application is strictly limited to reading.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at [same contact email as on the French page]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), France's data protection authority.

Cookies

ProCard Manager only uses a technical session cookie, necessary for the site to function (staying logged in). No advertising tracking cookies are used.
