Note: this is the English version of our French Terms of Service. The French version (CGV) is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These Terms of Service govern subscription to ProCard Manager, a Sorare collection tracking and analysis service, published by Mr SAADOUN Yoni.
ProCard Manager connects to the user's Sorare account via an official authorization (OAuth), read-only. The service does not allow any action (buying, selling, bidding) on the user's Sorare account.
Prices are shown in euros, including any applicable taxes depending on the applicable tax regime. A 7-day free trial is offered on first login, with no payment obligation before it ends.
Payment is made online by card via our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are neither collected nor stored by ProCard Manager: they are handled directly by Stripe, whose privacy policy is available at stripe.com.
The subscription is taken out for the duration of the chosen plan (1 month, 6 months or 1 year) and renews automatically for an identical duration, unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.
The user can cancel their subscription at any time, without justification, from the "My Manager account" page ("Manage my subscription" button, redirecting to the Stripe management portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid period: access to the service remains active until that date, with no further renewal.
Under French consumer law (article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation), consumers generally have a 14-day period to withdraw from a distance purchase.
However, under article L221-28 of the same code, this right does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By checking the waiver box before confirming payment, the user requests immediate performance of the service (access unlocked as soon as payment is confirmed) and therefore expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.
A user who does not check this box cannot complete their subscription.
ProCard Manager provides data, statistics, value estimates and signals calculated from public Sorare market information. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of profit. The publisher cannot be held responsible for buying, selling or bidding decisions made by the user based on this information.

In the event of a dispute, the user may use a consumer mediator free of charge. These Terms of Service are governed by French law; failing an amicable resolution, French courts will have jurisdiction.
